Davina Dewrance

Davina graduated from HTS Drama School in 2003. After graduating Davina landed a role in Rikki Beadle-Blair's feature film 'Fit' as well as a play at the Soho Theatre and many pantomimes. TV credits include many commercials, some of which include MacDonalds Flat White and Jackpot Joy for Loose Women. Davina also appeared in the final episode of BBC One's 'Not Going Out' with Lee Mack.

 

Davina has a real passion for teaching that has seen her teaching at many schools including Emil Dale Btec, Stage-Stars, Emil Dale Part Time, LAMDA, Stagecoach, Perform and finally setting up her own company 'Dini's Showstoppers' going into schools and running holiday clubs. 

Ami Henderson

Ami graduated from London Studio Centre in 2007, with a BA (Hons) in Theatre Dance, with an Upper Second Class Honours with specialism in Jazz Theatre Dance. On graduation she  performed professionally under the Management of Dancers Inc, working consistently mainly in the commercial sector and has worked with many prestigious choreographers/creative directors such as Kim Gavin and Diversity front man Ashley Banjo in a project for Disney XD.

 

Ami is currently the Course Leader at The Dang Academy, leading vocational Performing Arts training for their students age 16+.  Ami is also an examiner for The Dang Dance & Musical Theatre Syllabus and is currently studying for her MA in Dance Education.  Ami was the founder of A-Stars Dance, which she ran successfully for ten years teaching children age 4-21 years in the local area.  She is also the principal of Stage-Stars Dance and Theatre Academy and is thrilled to be working alongside the team on this new venture.

Ami now has ex - students performing in many West End Musicals including as Cabaret, Mamma Mia, Hamilton, & Juliet and Six. Ami's passion for the Arts and years of teaching experience enable her to offer the highest standard of teaching and opportunities for the students at Stage-Stoppers.

Charlotte Cruise

Director

Charlotte started dancing at the age of four learning street dance, jazz, musical theatre and contemporary. She took yearly ISTD exams up to silver standard. She also attended Suzi Earnshaw Theatre School in Barnet, London. Charlotte completed a Level 3 Dance Diploma at Bedford College with Distinction. 

 

Charlotte has performed in many productions including High School Musical, Bugsy Malone, Fame, Footloose and Camp Rock.  She has also performed in the professional sector for First Family Pantomimes at the MK Theatre and also Magic Beans Productions at the Grove Theatre, Dunstable. 

 

Charlotte has taught dance for Astars and Stage-Stars for 13 years and is now working as the Centre Director. Charlotte has also previously worked as a freelance dance teacher, delivering dance, musical theatre and cheerleading classes in many schools in the local area.

Boo Dewrance

Boo graduated from Roehampton University with a 2:1 Bachelor of Arts Dance degree in contemporary dance in 2009. She has performed at Saddlers Wells, Her Majesty's Theatre as well as many professional pantomimes. She performed with a contemporary dance company touring the country as well as competitng in cheerleading competitions.

Boo has worked extensively with young people over 18 years as a nanny before training to be a sleep consultant and newborn care specialist. She has a strong passion for musical theatre and is very excited to bring this to Stage-Stoppers.
